My story

Experience you can

I'm a Bayside local with years of professional administration experience. I know how a difficult customer call needs to be handled. I know what a professional email to a client should look like. I know how to make sense of a chaotic inbox and an unwieldy calendar.

I started Bayside Virtual Support because I kept seeing the same thing; business owners (tradies, health practitioners, consultants) spending hours every week on admin that was pulling them away from the work they love and are good at. Hiring full-time was too much. Doing it themselves was burning them out.

So I offer something in between. Reliable, professional support from someone local who genuinely understands how your business works, without the overheads of permanent staff.

If I say I'll do it, it gets done.

You shouldn't have to follow up or double-check. That's the baseline. If something changes or I hit a problem, I'll tell you straight away. Not after the fact.

I blend in, on purpose.

When I'm answering your phone or sending emails on your behalf, it should feel seamless for your customers.

Your information stays private.

Client details, pricing, business systems. Everything is treated as confidential.

I'll tell you if it's not a good fit.

Not every business needs a VA right now and I'd rather be honest about that than take on work that won't actually help you. The free consultation goes both ways.

How I show up
for your business

Practical details about how the working arrangement looks, so there are no surprises.

Hours of operation

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Weekend support available by prior agreement for retainer clients.

Communication

Via email, phone or video call. Whichever you prefer. Clear, prompt responses and regular check-ins are part of how I work.

Tools & platforms

I adapt to your existing tools. Gmail, Outlook, Xero, Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, your booking system. Whatever you're already using.

Agreements & invoicing

A Client Services Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement are signed before work begins. Invoicing is weekly or fortnightly, with 7-day payment terms.

Onboarding process

A short, structured onboarding covers your tone, processes, customer types and priorities. So support feels consistent from the very first interaction.

Reviews & adjustments

Regular check-ins (weekly in the first month, then monthly) to review what's working and adjust support as your business evolves.
